Find a shop that will build you a box in the 200 area. It shouldn't run you over $85.00 though. This system will hold you over until you get more money and then you can sell this system. Good luck.
Ok so instead of trying to copy me by stealing my "name" and crap, maybe you should have read his post... he said he had $200 to spend TOTAL... so if he spends $140 on a pair of woofers, that leaves him with a $60 amp...

But seriously, back the hell off my name bro -- thats just not even cool :finger4:

I wish you would have talked to me before you posted. I picked the name "Sparc" because I work as an IT by day and I like Sparc equipment. Also, I do live in Clearwater Florida. I did read his post and that's why I recommended those 10" subs, too. I posted the 12" subs just incase he wanted to dish out a little more money.

Yes I know what sparc is, its actually where my name originated from -- but this was during that whole "lets give words differant letters to make it look differant but sound the same" craze... e.g. Kustom, Kool yadda yadda

But back on topic, even with the 10" woofers you suggested he wouldnt be able to pickup an amp that would give them any kind of decent power.

says who? i got a suggestion to make

SUB:
(1) 12" Pioneer TS-W304C $69.95
http://www.sounddomain.com/sku/PIOTSW304C

AMP:
(1) Jensen XA2250 $119.99
http://www.etronics.com/product.asp?stk_code=XA%2D2250

or....

(1) US Acoustics USX-2080 $99.95
http://crutchfield.com/cgi-bin/S-LJT...0&I=235USX208B

these are all 2 channel amps so you gotta bridge them to provide enough power for the pioneer. the Jensen makes 300watts RMS when bridge. the US acoustics will make 280 watt when bridge also. but keep in mind that the US acoustics amp wil rated at 12.8volts so if your system is making 14.4volts, you will see about 320-350 watt RMS. the jensen makes 300 at 14.4 so you shouldn't have to worry.

when you are near the subwoofer's RMS handling power, it is recommended that you turn off and amp bass boost. with that much power, you won't need it. also because the bass boost option also adds distortion. distortion=bad.

Unfortunately though two Legacy subwoofers mated to a Legacy amp will be louder then the single Pioneer...
