'97 Ram 2500 club-cab I6TD 12v
I'm looking for any ideas about what type or brand of a turbo cool down timer is out there. Also, I was thinking about adding a remote start to my truck. any suggestions are welcome!

Lots of options for remote start, check almost any car catalog.
Good place to go for the Cummins parts is www.turbodieselregister.com (Not to send you away from AF!!)
