Temperature Gauge

Ever since I got my air conditioning fixed, the temperature gauge has not stayed steady in the middle, as it did before my AC was fixed. The water pump has been changed, hoses, the head gasket.

But the temperature gauge is not steady and I didn't get this work done at a Land Rover dealer, which is why I think I still have this problem.

Any ideas as to what is going on?
