How can I turbo my SR18DE NX Coupe?
I have a 1990 Nissan NX coupe with an SR18DE engine. Im looking at my options on turboing it. The most likely option is putting the SR20DET FWD engine in it, but I would like to know if there are other options, like will the turbo manifold from the SR20DET fit onto the SR18DE without too much trouble, or possibly just do a custom turbo setup to the original motor.

ummmm, you have an NX 1600 right? That's a GA16DE. You could turbo, but don't waste your time. Stick with the SR20 dream man.

sr18!
No my NX has an SR18DE engine in it. Im from New Zealand and we get all the imports straight from Japan. Our Nx coupes come with 1.5L, 1.6L, 1.8L, and 2.0L. Im putting the sr20det in it but im having a bit of trouble finding the engine I need. (SR20DET out of U12 Bluebird).
