Some of you may remember that back in July my neighbor's drunken son threw a rock at his windsheild and instead hit my car on the hood. There were several dents, and since one was on the ridge the hood had to be replaced. (Besides, aluminum doesn't accept Bondo.) The damage totaled $953.83, and I had to pay $500 of it as a deductible.

Earlier this month I got a subpoena mandating my appearance in court yesterday. (6 months after the incident.

) I dressed up nice and arrived at 9 a.m., which is difficult for a swing-shift worker. I'd never been in court before, let alone taken part in the proceedings. Ours was the 4th or 5th case heard, and the defendant (Jesse Hatridge) immediately said he required legal representation. He has no teeth (at 30) and smelled of alcohol. Actually, he has teeth, but they are little brownish rotted nubbings. :apuke: Anyway, the proceedings were delayed. Supposedly each of us "witnesses" gets $18 for showing up. The sad thing is, when the judge is agreeing to delay the trial, he says, "I'd like to recommend that the trial be heard in front of a different judge, as back when I was practicing law, I represented a much shorter Mr. Hatridge, and therefore my impartiality is compromised."

So I talked to the prosecutor about what to do next time, and he mentions he has prosecuted many a case against Jesse Hatridge in the past. (Did I mention that fewer than 24 hours before damaging my car, Jesse was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication?)

This character is in his early thirties, and his mother still pays his bail and lies to the police for him. I witnessed her doing so. At this rate he will never grow up. Why do we even bother letting him back on the streets?? Why not just throw him and his no-good mom in jail permanently? Better yet, put them in exile so I don't have to pay for their jail time. I've paid enough already in my deductible and time (I
was without transportation for 3 days.)

HOW PITIFUL ARE YOU IF YOU'RE THIRTY AND THE JUDGE YOU'RE ASSIGNED TO REPRESENTED YOU 10-15 YEARS AGO?!?!?!

Indeed they are.Unfortunately,they have passed into your world,andyou must find a way to tolerate their presence until such time as the matter has been resolved.After that you can amuse yourself devising evil and devious tactics to persuade them to get the hell out of your neighborhood.Pick a weekend when you are going to be away from home, and slip an advert into your local paper advertising a house-lot bargain clearance yard sale at their place,7am Sunday........

Thisguy has had too many second chances- he clearly still hasn't learnt. If things don't go your way boingo might I suggest a hitman???? (OK PLEASSSSSEE don't do that- you could find yourself in more trouble than you'd want)- but I would suggest making this dumbasses life a living hell

I would, but I'm too cheap. :o I can't believe how many people allow, even ENCOURAGE, this kind of behavior. I think it should be 3 strikes and you're out no matter what the violation.

if they have a car then scatter bird food on the roof and when they come in the mornin it will be covered in shit.............

or if they have a nice lawn grab some chemical and write "FUCK YOU" or "FUCK OFF" with it and by the next mornin it should be pretty clear and it will stay like that for about 2/3 weeks........

i was gonna say if they have a half decent car than go to the local playground and fill up a garbage bag full of sand and drop it on the roof and say if fell off the garbage truck..haha

i feel sorry for ur G20..it has to share the same parking lot as those nasty ass scum buckets
