It is not US street legal and it's a GTS-T, not a GT-R.

That's a poor excuse. Some people consider all caps shouting but that doesn't bother me, what does is that it is a lot harder to read. You can continue to post like that but remember that a lot of people just skip messages in all caps without reading them.

Back to topic, that car definately is not US (street) legal.

I got an email from the guy, below is the message. I don't know exactly what "they want to do lots of business in the USA" means, but i am afraid most of you were right. It must not be here. I agree in trust. When it is your hard earned money you are playing with you must look after your interests.

Being in the South Pacific and always looking for deals I find many scattered throughout australasia. Most being in Japan though. Once that money has left the safty of your hands you can only hope you have not been ripped off.
