i have a 98 grand prix GT. The cd player in my car is skipping, so i am thinking of just getting one from a scrap yard...the only thing that i am not sure of is how to remove it from the dash...can anyone help me with this.

Shouldnt be too hard, maybe a few screws but it probobly snaps out. Go to the junkyard first, and if you break the junkyards dash panel, just say it was like that when you got there,

no hard at all. It would be hard for me to explain over the net, but the only thing that will give you the best information on removing the cd player is one of those How to install a cd player books that you can get at Best Buy or a store that sells car audio misc.
