Horrible Front End Noise When Cold???

Has anyone had an issue when the weather is cold, about 40-45 degress F? Here in Houston, it doesn't get that cold all the time but when it does and I drive my 2008 NOX Sport over any little bump in the street it makes a horrible sound like I don't have any struts or the shocks are out. It doesn't make this noise all the time only when the car is cold. I took it to the dealership to have it checked and they couldn's simulate the problem, but just recently when it got cold again here in Houston, I still have the same problem??

Any comment/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
