I don't like either the diesel, but the dci 120 is very good and powerfull on this car, I tried it on an Espace III (2.2 dci 115) and t was great. The new generation of diesel (HDI, JTD, TDi, etc.) are quite good and smooth.
But I agree with you, petrol is better

Thats a very groovy looking car indeed- the car still hasn't been released in NZ yet- but it looks like a midyear arrival

That looks a lot better than I thought they would - the one's I've seen have small wheels. The back doesn't look that bad!

The design is original, you like or you dislike
Indeed, the 17" wheels are nice, the 15" are too tiny for the big "gaps" !

I like this car a lot!! Ive just spent the bank holiday weekend in France and saw quite a few of these running around… and I came to the conclusion that I like this car a helluva lot! Especially in black, with the big alloys, it looks very cool indeed. In fact I think ”cool” is the best word to describe this car.. very individual, very nice

Agree with Crayzayjay : black with 17' wheels, it's very nice !

I drove a Mégane II dci 120 Coupé 2 weeks ago (leather, GPS, 17' alloy wheels, etc.), very good car, very comfy and well built.

They have xenons fitted as standard too, or was that just my imagination?

Also, do you know how much power the "hot" version will have? That car could look very cool indeed, maybe squeeze some 18 inchers in those wheel arches!

The Renault Mégane RS will have a 2.0 Turbo 200 or 220 hp.

The Xénons lights are an option and (en série ?!) on some versions

cool... so it will have 200bhp at the very least... sounds good
and it will ride on 18 inchers i presume?

i think "en série" translates into "standard", as in fitted to all models
