my '02 911 C4

Thease are pictures of my slightly used 911 C4. I know this is a suprise to a lot of the people who talk to me often, and the only one who knew about me getting a C4 was Tony. The guy who I bought it from kept it in a storage area so the miles would stay the same, so I drove my CLK320 to Texas where the car was and the place to ship out the Benz to its new owner in California and my friend drove down with me to Texas. If you look closely, in every picture there is something to show that I didnt get the pictures off of the internet. For example in this picture the hood is slightly open. Enjoy.

In this picture I put my cell phone by one of the lights. By painting over the plate in photoshop I hope I didnt offend anyone. Ill be honest, I dont think any current af members really care, but in case any nutcases decide to join af Ill feel a certin degree of security. The car in the background is my friends Mustang Cobra.

I got a very good deal on this car considering that it only has 6400 miles, tech art rims, and some kind of nice set of Michelins. Here is a picture of the tech art rims.

Oh, in the previous pic of the wheel the car looks purple, but trust me its still black. Now we have the final picture, which is of the interior, no mods here.

What's the deal with the hood then? I can see it's slightly open, but is it easily fixable? I'd almost think that could be very dangerous driving at high speeds, hope it dosen't cost much to fix! Is there anything else wrong with the car the pictures didn't point out or is it okay?

Nice car though all in all, rims look very nice and I'm a big fan of the C4, and well any Porsche. Nice car and thanks for the PM!

Well the guy I bought the car from kept it in a storage depot because he didnt want to put anymore miles on it. He also really hated that car because its so complicated. For example one time I started the car and the windshield wipers started going, and he said "Thats exactly why im getting rid of it," and he had been trying to sell it for almost a year and I had to charge the battery for a half-hour. But I love it and it was his opinion that his 911 was annoying. He hated it so much that he sold it to me for 65 and dont quote me on this but I think the MSRP is 90 and the odometer read 6,500.

I almost forgot to tell you how I kicked an M3's butt going home. Heres the story, I was in Kentucky and I saw a very nice M3 with chromes that were at least 19s and I called my friend that made the trip with me and I said "Im going to smoke that M3 up there if he wants to race" so he goes "Here we go, you trying to race another car. Go ahead Ill be right behind you." So I catch up to the M3 and acted like I was comming over in his lane. He shifted lanes to the left and so did I. I put the window down, and knocked on his window. He at first looked horified and then he rolled down the passenger-side window and said "What do you want" so I said "Do you want to race?" He thought for a second then accepted. So I said "On three well go," "One, two, three" We both shot off like rockets weaving in and out of cars. I looked behind me and saw my weary, yet determined friend with his Cobra. Every once in awaile there was a section with little or no cars. I never saw the M3 in front of me so after about three minutes of racing I looked in my rear-view mirror and saw a pair of xenon lights flashing about 50 yards behind me so I slowed down and he eventually caught up and he had his window rolled down and so did I and he said "Thats quite a car you got there, good race," So I said thanks and then he said "What kinds of mods are on it," So I replied "Tech-Art rims and a sport exaust. What about your M3?" He said "Performance exaust, Giovanni rims, racing seats and thats about it." So we said bye and left. What a great five minutes. Later I looked on my hand held GPS that has a feature on it that shows top speed and the screen read: 136 MPH.
