Moonroof not lining up

Hey does anyone know how to fix the tracking on a breeze moonroof. I've taken the moonroof off (the glass) and check the track. Both sides are working fine, the only problem is that one side is back about 1 inch farther then the other. I hoping someone knows how to adjust the tracks, and will share this info with me.

sorry, the motor is geared, you will spend a bit of time setting them straight, and unless you feel comfortable taking the headliner out, you shouldn't even start on it
