Will these fit on a 96' 328i?

2002 E46 BMW M3 wheels, Front wheels are 8X18, rear wheels are 9X18.

Just wondering if those would also fit on a 96 328i, i would get new tires of course.

The front 18x8 will fit your car, but the 18x9 won't fit the e36 chasis cuz
of the rear offset, just like the MCoupe / MRoadster 17x9 rear wheel.

Your better off getting a set of replicas for 1/2 of the cost of a used E46
m3 wheel from like www.discounttires.com....

Ok so if you put 18 x 8's all the way around a e36 what size tire could you use? so it does not throw off your speedometer...
