RB26DETT-reference pic's?

Hello!

Does anyone have good pictures of RB26DETT? I'm planning to cast few engines to my own use and I'm using Tamiyas RB as a base, but it look's somehow "empty". So I need clear pic's from the block it self and also from the gearbox whitout the 4WD system. Ihaven't found good pic's my self yet even thoug I have been sitting on my computer for many hours

Thanks allready!

First hit on google images when searching for "skyline gtr transmission":

Try google search with :"rb26dett block"

Just use Google or Yahoo Japan and search for "RB26", "RB26DETT", or something similar. You'll come up with TONS of stuff, especially those people doing motor rebuilds. You can also try some of the GT-R forums.

If not you could contact Gionic and buy one of his RB26 engine kits if he still has some. It's a pretty comprehensive piece, too.

Maybe you mean Gionc's RB26DETT kit?

It is an excellent option, Gio designed it with his usual obsessive level of detail. He has them available, just send him a PM.

Doh!... sorry Gio! I am such and idiot that I couldn't remember. Even when I bought two kits from you.

Thanks for the correction MPWR.
