Stuck in second

Anyone out there had or seen this problem. My tranny on goes into R and 2nd. It's some kind of default home position incase you have a problem. I have a problem. I think it has something to do with wiring, after playing with the harnesses and shift module mounted on the tranny I got it to work again. But in all my joy I started flying around and now its messed up again. Anyone know any known problems like this, or anything I might try to get this thing rolling again?

Its your transmission computer mine is doing it to and the computer is dead I think so I have to get a new one. If you figured it out and fixed it already let me know so I can try it on mine

mine done the same thing i thought the tranny went out so thanks a lot

Where is the tranny computer? Is it seperate from the regular car computer?

Take the Center console panels off down by your feet. Laying flat behind those panels is your Tranny Computer. The plugs are on the passenger side of the center console. Hope this helps.
