need some massive help PLZ

aight... first ill give the details of the car, its a 92 acura integra, its had a b16 swap done to it, and the vtec doesnt kick in.... i knw i knw ive done the normal things... lol

tried new ecu, everything... ive gotten told from day 1 that the problem was the tps.... so i finally broke down and bought 1. well i took the old one off and put the new one on....

and i have no throttle responce at all, and im basically throwing pure gas out the exhaust.... so i put the original 1 back on, and still the same.... its basically force feeding gas into it... im stumped and all of my honda peeps are stumped....

so plz give me some ideas what i can do.... thx
