New York Trying to Turn Back the Clock

I find this to be horrible. Guilliani turned the city around completely from being trashy to nice and elegant. Could we see a pre-Guilliani New York, full of trash??

I know what your saying but it seems ridiculous that they want to "undo" what Guilliani was so successful at building.
