Lights out in instrument cluster 85 chevy k10

Hello. heye is my question..I have a 1985 chevy silverado 4X4 305 V8 in nice shape.. The instrument cluster lights are completley out..the only light that is on is the high beam indicator. The indicator is two blue dots. However when the low beams are on it indicates that the high beams are on. When you turn the high beams on. the incicator shows that the low beams are on..so its working opposite of what it should. Also, all of the gauges read in the opposite direction. also the turnsignal (green arrows) they do not light when you put on the turning signal. This has had a slightly affected my radio as well. half of the light on the radio is out (the part where it shows the sation numbers) that may be something not related. My gas gauge goes from full to empty the oil pressure gauge spikes and the temp gauge does the same..it spikes..this all happens when you pull the headlight switch at dark. I replaced the switch..so thats not the problem..is it a bad ground? if so..which is the likley one? Thanks for any and all help to everyone
