Mods for my engine

hey, i'm driving a 93 cav with a 2.2l i have the full fx body kit and stuff but right now as it sits i'm all show and NO go! it's pissing me off because i want to get some headers and increase the size of my exhaust pipes but i think it would be pointless if i cant get any headres! other than those what else can i do to get some horsepower gains??? right now i have a cold air intake system for my car, a ractive muffler and cut my cat out... what else can i do to make some mad horsepower gains....
would a turbo be out of the question??? could i install any turbo on my car or not???

thanx alot for your help.....
