Interior Kit for Monogram '40 Ford?
I'd like to tuck and roll my convertible interior. I understand that Replicas & Miniatures once made a resin T&R kit for the Monogram/Revell '40, but they're OOB. I've googled various word combinations, but haven't found anything promising. I'm plumb out of search ideas.
I'd be happy just to get a front seat; the doors and other pieces are not so important. I suppose I could get a hod-rod style '40 Ford coupe kit and use just the seat, but I'm not sure which one would fit right and look good. Besides, a whole kit for just the seat? Also regarding the M/R '40: MGC and DM both carry a PE set for the car. From the pic in the Jan issue of SAM, the kit grille looks, well, cheesy. So I'm hoping for a better look with the PE grille. What do you think? DDMS |

Replicas and Miniatures is not out of business. Norm does not have a web site.
Try contacting Norm at: [email protected] Or contact him by the phone number in the ads. Last edited by Exotics_Builder; 03-20-2010 at 11:03 AM. |

Good to know! I've already sent him an email.
Thanks for the correction, EB. If you're listening, Norm, sorry for the error. DDMS |

And, I'm trying to balance exotics and American muscle/customs. Right now I've got a couple of Ferrari's in work and a 56 Chevy Delray. If it matters, Norm used to not take PayPal. |

It does, but I'll deal with it somehow. I did send him an email, but he hasn't replied yet.
No website, no email, no PayPal, no problem. I'll just pretend it's 1964 and give him a call. But... can his rotary dialer handle a call from a newfangled pushbutton phone?

He spends the time in producing product and working on new offerings. The time not spent in maintaining a web site goes into into product development and delivery, Personally, I can abide a lot if the vendor provides quality products. And Norm is definitely in that category. |
