change gage cluster bulb

hello. i have a 1991 camaro z28 ,i would like to know if any of you guys would know how to change the bulbs in the instrument panel? and how you get the headlihgt knob off to get to the panel. thx

To change the bulbs you have to remove the entire cluster. It's pretty straight forward and a Lot easier with steering column lowered.
