sunroof seal

i noticed today that it looks like theres water leaking from the sunroof of my grand prix gtp 2005.can someone please point me to where i can order a seal for it.i was reading on tips and maintenance but did not see anything on sunroof,what do you guys use to keep it clean inside and out,and the tracks,what do you use to keep them clean.mine are kind of dirty,i was going to use wd40 but i thought i should ask first.thanks
It wasnt supposed to be in the tips and maintenance seccion.
can someone please move. sorry

Do not use WD40 for lubrication. Are you referring to the rubber seal around the glass?

yes,i am.the inside of the car the cloth is stained(the top).
what do you suggest i use to clean the track.

I use silicone spray lubricant on all of my weatherstripping. It's clear.
