Looking for: Peugeot 206, 3 doors, grey model

Hello everyone,

I've been looking for a Peugeot 206 model, 3 doors grey, but not WRC. I actually saw the model on the Internet and it's Majorette, I e-mailed the company and they didn't reply and I really really really need this model because it's the birthday of someone very special to me and I would pay a reasonable amount of money, it's absolutely maddening not being able to find it anywhere, just a random photo :|

Please please please help!

Hi,

you may find something using keywords like "norev" or "solido" as they produce some french cars but most at 1/43 scale and I would swear they only release the 5 doors version.
there is a brand (which must be italian - its close to Bburago by the way) which release some 1/18 cars (recently the 207 from Peugeot) for a low cost but I can't remember its name...
I'll try tomorow - if I can find time to - to see if I can find something in my favorite scale models shop.
maybe a search with 207 and 1/18 scale will bring some clue to get the name.

Thank you for the help, rallymaster. I'll get Googling today with what you told me. I know that Majorette produced it but, like I said, they didn't reply.

But Peugeot 206, not 207 :P That's a huge problem problem, I need to find exactly that model.

oh yes of course I know you precisely need the 206, but what I wanted to say is that the brand I can't remember the name probably is the one who also release the 207.
I've just though to that... Maybe you'll be able to find something under "Maisto" Key word...?
I'll try to get more information this coming weekend as I'll be part of two modelers meeting where to purchase models, kits, parts, accessories etc and an italian store will also be part of it, he may know the name I'm looking for.

forgot to say it but Solido is a brand of the majorette group !

Meanwhile, Peugeot (the full scale company) contacted me and they told me they would search for the model... I hope they're going to be able to find it, though I don't think so.

I kinda searched a bit here on our national ebay type and sadly found nothing there.
The worst part of such a great car is they make loads of models of it. Tons of WRC, 5doors and cc's and only 1 grey 3 door...
