interior lights going on and off

We've had tremendous rains lately and ever since then my interior lights sometimes dont work or my power windows won't work and even rear wiper will sometimes refuse to work. Is this serious or just need to dry completely out??? One day all my dashboard lights flickered on and off several times and that is basically whel all the problems started. Any advice???? Thanks!
