1993 318 won't start

i have 318 with what the owner told me the engine was run out of oil. I put in a used engine from a 95 and swaped over everything. So now it will crank over fine. i have spark on all cylinders, injector pulse, fuel pressure and checked compression. Still wount fire over. Any ideas?

Chevked thos out tonight, I found that i do have a good crank snd cam sensor signal on a scope. I'm still puzzled why i can't get it to start.

Sorry should have reposted quicker. I had a friend help me take the motor out and I had to put it back in myself. Well although i had good fuel pressure on the gauge, I had the pressure and return mixed up. Figured t out when I was cranking and saw the gauge had 80psi. opps. Any way fixed the lines and it started right up no problems.
