Another problem with 99 Bug

Last week I had the ABS light come on, but has not reoccurred. Today the turn signals quit working along with the four way flasher. Fuse #2, 10 amp fuse is good. Wondering if the multi-switch could be bad, even though the speed control and windshield washer still operate fine. If so, is this an expensive fix? Thanks again for any thoughts you may have.

Looking at wiring diagram now. Have you checked fuse #39 15 amp ?
