Can't unplug the Main Engine Harness

I am following the steps outlined in the engine removal threads ( http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=895663 ). It says to disconnect the Main Engine harness. I removed the bracket and just can't get that plug UNplugged. Do I really have to unplug it? It looks like I can remove the engine by just pushing it out of the way now since its free of the bracket. If I have to unplug it, how do I do it? Its solid. I tried prying it. No go. I have tried spraying a contact cleaner that is safe for plastic hoping to lubricate it. Not working. Any suggestions? Please Help.
