Can somebody tell me exact model?

Okay well I don’t know a lot about trucks. I’m more of a Jeep person but I love the 1980's Chevy trucks. The below picture is pretty much the car that I want more then anything else right now and I just want somebody to identify the exact model and range of years. I’m guessing its 1980 something Chevy Silverado but I could be totally wrong. Somebody just clue me in on this please.
