Acrylic paint conditioner vs Wax

I was introduced to the acrylic paint conditioner about a year ago.
I read about it on Autopia car forum.
I'll say it first.
It is one of the most biased sites on line, primarily to promote the manager David Bynon and the products of their sponsors.
They ban people who have opposing opinions or introduce alternative products or brands.
Their mission is to sell porter cables and tons of other wax oriented products.
So I have been aware of their reputation for some time now...
When I saw that they had actually launched a concerted effort to discredit a particular product, one I had never heard of, I begin to do some research on it.
I figured there was a reason they would single out a product.
Based on other reviews and opinions along with the knowledge the company produced another controversial product, Acrylic lens restorer (ALR), that has excellent reviews.
There is also a post on Autopia about that product too, where the members are questioning its validity or swearing by it.
I decided to give the acrylic paint conditioner or APC a try.
I now understand why they attacked this product so viciously.
It truly is just that good!
My results were amazing.
They have nothing that can compare to it.
In fact an acrylic paint conditioner has none of the problems associated with wax.
Very easy to apply, no buffing, perfectly uniformed results everytime.
No temperature issues, no time issues, no mess, no smearing or swirl marks and best of all it never dulls.
I could continue but I am interested to know if any other members have experience with acrylic paint conditioners and would you go back to using wax?
