1994 bronco wiper problem

This problem just started .first the wipers on my bronco will not turn off when you tried from the multifunction switch. The low and high speed and washer function work but not the delay or off. I had to pull the square silver relay from the fuse box to stop them. I changed the multifunction switch ( blinker would stay on even after you made a turn ) and still the same problem. I got another relay and when I plugged it into the fuse box the wipers and the washers came on at the same time and would not turn off. Pulled the relay out of the fuse box and disconnected the washer motor. HELP!
