Question need opinions!!

I have a chance to order anything after market thats within 200 to 250 dollars. im wonderin what the best thing i could get for performance, atleast in your opinions, especially if its from experinece. i already have intake, header, and exhaust, so not any of that. im thinking maybe an underdrive pulley. anyone have one and seen gains from it? any help will be appreciated.
thanks
