2000 BMW 323i losing power!

I have a 2000 BMW 323i with 189K kilometers, that I purchased recently about 2 months ago. Since then, I have had to have several things repaired including: valve cover gasket, seatbelt buckle replace, air filter replace, computer diagnostic (2), oil change, replace rear passenger shock mount. Today, I experienced a major problem.
....today it stuttered as if turning off and suddenly lost power while driving. Than all of a sudden the EML, engine light and another light with picture of triangle, half circle w/arrow and exclamation point came on. I was able to drive car off interstate before pulling over. Car drove a little rough and loud, but no burning smells or anything broken under hood. Turned car off and back on..eventually EML & ASC light went off, but engine light remained, than shortly after airbag light came on and continued to drive rough and loud. The airbag light also came on shortly after purchase, I had a diag. done by the shop I had the vehicle repaired and was told that it was because of seatbelt buckle needed replacing. I had this work completed and the light went off with no problems until now. Can you please help me?

I doubt this will solve your problem, but it sure won't hurt.
When was the last time the plugs were changed? At the cost of spark plugs (especially DIY) you can't really go wrong.
