99 taurus wagon coolant/ high pressure hose problems
pin holes ? what caused it? already replaced power steering pump, rack and pinion,had alignment and new tires. starting to whine again when turning . thats how original power steering problem started. Power steering fluid low and dirty grey color? please help

Welcome to the forum!
Have you closely inspected all power steering lines to make sure it is not leaking? I'm not sure if you are suggesting there are pin holes.... With as much as you've opened the system replacing parts there is a chance that you have a lot of air in the system which could explain the low and possibly the gray appearance, maybe there are so many tiny bubbles in the fluid it appears gray? -Rod |
