AC/Heater won't blow

I checked the coolant level, it was OK with no leaks . Also checked the fuse box, no problem there.
The heat does flow inside of the car but only at higher speeds (65mph+) and very slowly. I do not hear a blower or anything.
Any thoughts?

Run the Climate Control Self Test... see if you get any error codes.
