i am looking at buying a 90 eclipse its the 2.0 turbo what are some things i need to look for it has 165000 miles

RUST! And black around the tailpipe - make sure the engine is burning clean. Check the undercarriage for rusty brake/fuel lines, exhaust, floor pans, etc. Make sure the idle is smooth. How many owners? Always a good question.
