2000 premiere problems

Ok well I own this van and it is great van, but I have been having the typical problems. Transmission torque convertor stuck open, which I had the fluid and filter changed and added lubegard worked for awhile but it is acting up again. The sliding door locked for awhile and I broke the inside handle trying to get to the lock part. Also the main problem right now is my wipers,It had snowed and I turned them on now they act crazy. When I turn them on I have to use high to get them to come on, or they come on but if I put them in the first position they go on like there in low or just below that like the timing is messed up. I have found some posts on the venture/montana sites about the soldering being bad can anyone tell me how to get the motor out or perhaps pictures? This is the only car we have and with the weather being this way need to fix this. Thank you.

Did you check to make sure you are getting power to the wiper motor with the switch in all positions?

They all work they just take to long or they dont do the intermenit right. Its like there out of sync. Sometimes it will go down like its going to park then come back up.
