S10 Electrical issue

So while I was fixing a HVAC blower problem, I discovered another issue. The braided ground strap that bolts to the firewall on the passenger side of the engine compartment is just hanging, not connected on the other end to anything. I KNOW this is a problem, but for the life of me, I cannot find where it connects to the engine. Could any of you please give me some advice on where to find that connection location? Thanks.

ETA: This is a 4.3 Vortec engine...

Thank you. I felt around back there and on the back of the cylinder head (passenger side) I could feel 2 possible mounting points. You don't happen to know which one is the proper one and what size/pattern bolt goes there do you?

Re: S10 Electrical issue

I think its an 8 x 1.25 or 1.5 . It will be the same as any other bolt that goes into the head.
