2001 Caravan Sport heating issue

My van is giving me trouble. The blowers don't seem to be working at all. This means that in the harsh Colorado winter I freeze because the heat won't work, and in the summer I boil because the AC doesn't! Does anyone know why this happened and how much it would be to fix it? When I first bought it, the blowers would only work in the highest setting, but now they aren't working at all...sometimes when I am driving fast down the highway I feel a little air, but you have to put your hand right up on the vent to tell. It's so frustrating.
