front park light message

i keep getting the "front park light" message flashing. i've checked all of my lights and they all work. i replaced them also and still message showing. i've had system reset but the warning wont go out. is there a "front park light" i'm missing?
also i cant figure out how to replace the center stop light. i've went in thru the trunk but cant get it out to replace the bulb
