Car Parts Help

Hello, I have recently bought some cars that were in an accident. I am trying to sell them for parts; however I do not know what parts on the cars are valuable or how much I should sell them for. I have some pictures of the vehicles in question. One is a jaguar x-type, another is a ford cube van, and the last is a GMC cube van. Any help regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated.
