1995 plymouth voyager 3.0L

i am trying to findout obd 1 or 2 it is a three liter v6 fwd i want to buy scan tool but need to find out what scan tool i need go to store says obd 2 can read 1995 and up but some voyager are 1 that i am told please help

It's OBD1; the only Chrysler product that had OBD2 in 95 was the Neon. It was not fully compliant.
