Wiring Problem?

Hey all.
I took my car to the shop a few weeks ago, and got the valve gasket replaced.

Anyway, I think they may have messed up a wire or something, because when I use my: turn signals, hazards, or turn on my lights, my battery guage fluctuates with the signals/hazards, and drops down a tiny bit when I put the lights on.

Any idea what that could be?

2 weeks from now or so I'll be back home and will take the car to them.
but I just wanted some ideas.

Re: Wiring Problem?

start by checking your alternator and battery. when i had similar symptoms, both of these needed to be replaced.

Re: Wiring Problem?

They may have disconnected the battery. Check the battery cables for corrosion & make sure they're tight. Many auto part stores will check the alt & bat for free.

Re: Wiring Problem?

Hey all,
I actually had my battery replaced, and it's doing it.

According to the shop my alternator is fine.

I will be taking it in this weekend though.
