Rough idle

Protege 2001, 2.0L, about 220K km

The engine idles and runs rough because cylinder #1 continuously misfires. The mechanics confirmed the following: spark and coils are OK (moving them around does not move the problem away from cyl #1), fuel pressure is OK, compression shows 150 psi in each cylinder.

The mechanics says that it's probably a leak at the intake manifold that allows air into cyl#1. He needs to remove the intake manifold to see where the problem is... 4-5 hours + 100$ in parts.

Anything I should check?

Just got a call from the mechanics. He said that injector #1 is getting a bad signal from the computer. Faulty harness or faulty computer. They are trying to locate a computer to swap it.
