Question 2001 F150 Electrical issues

I own a 2001 f150. The problem i am having started when the battery was dead this morning. I jump started the truckand let it run for a while to fully charge the battery. But here is where things get realy strange! it starts fine and even drive good, but when ever i shift from park the power supply to the radio is lost. No lights no nothing. The other day while i was driving i received a warning chime as follows ding, ding, ding, ding, ding and it repeats 3 times. Now i did not see any "idiot" lights on the instrument panel. I aslo am having and issue with the wipers but only when i shift from park. I have had my mechanic look at it, called the local ford dealer and took it to the part store to see if the could run a code search on it. none of which has provided any answers. When i turn the ignition off and remove my key I can hear what sounds like relays firing under the steering column. And the oil and anti freeze warning light stay on continuously after taking a look i know where the sound is coming from but I cant figure out why it is doing it. Any Ideas???

Sounds like poor quality Bat terminal connections or at the Solenoid.
