How do i install a JVC KD-HDR60

I have been trying the last couple weeks to install a new radio in my Car a 1994 3000gt SL i have gotten power to the unit but when i go to push the Power button nothing happens. when i plug it in the unit starts up and goes though a normal start up. but when i start the car and go to push the power button no power is going in. When i go to eject a CD it ejects fine and it can load it. but no go. it turns right back off. I'm at wits end.

Its as simple as you don't have it hooked up right. DId you use a quick connect harness or did you hack the wiring? If you used a quick connect then everything should have hooked up correctly and you would have had it installed already with no issues.
