Can someone tell me what this piece is? From 4T65E transmissiom pan

Hi All, I was doing a transmission (4T65E) service on my 95 Grand Am with a 3100 V6 in it. I found some pieces in the pan. The trans was still shifting ok. Does anyone know what this is? I think its from a clutch pack? Don't really know. It's curved about 3" long, 1/2" wide and about a 16th of a inch thick. Looks to be make of hard plastic.

Hi all, Well I drove the car 150 miles so far and everything is shifting good. Nothing seams to be wrong with it having a broking part. I didn't know they put extra parts in these transmission. I would sure like to know what fell into the transmission pan. Thanks all!! Passnbyu

It's not a debris magnet. Honestly, I think it's part of a broken clutch pack but if it's working o.k...

Could be part of an old filter, part of a wire loom, etc.
