It is the original school cover. It says Panoz in large letters on the sides and is custom fit. it is made of canvas. Hope this helps. Thanks Jim

I had it on only once and it kept the dew out. Its great for the track 2 day events I am firm on the price The stitching work on this is worth $150.00. Thanks Jim
