1980 monte question

was wondering are springs and shocks for a 80's monte same as like a 78 79?? the 78 79 are the same as the 80 body but the 80 is shorter just wondering ????

Go online to Autozone, Advance or NAPA. You will be able to compare part numbers from the different years. If the part numbers aren't the same.............
