07 sebring brake issue

I have had my sebring since aug 08 and am on my third set of brake pads for the front brakes this seems excessive. Was changing the pads yesterday and realized that the pistons in the caliper where pressing back out after I had compressed them to install the new pads, has anyone had similar problems? Is there a caliper issue with the pistons compressing and wearing the pads prematurely? Any help?

I have a 2007 sebring, made in Nov06.. I have had two issues with the brakes.

1. Brake fluid containder somehow "lost" fluid. The main symptom was sebring brake warning light comes on durring turns on the highway ramps. This only needed 2500 miles to empty to this point from topping off to the light comming on durring small grade changes.

The Dealer ingored it and added fluids untill 38K and then tried to chrage be to fix the issue.

After a couple exchanges and a letter requesting a service ticket be put in to Chrysler, I know brake fluid does not "dissapear". The entire Master Cyliner was replaced no charge. Problem Solved for 20K miles now.

2. AT 33K the pads were gone and killed the rotors. Now at 55K they are in the yellow durring it's last service and I can feel they need changing.

So It seems that the sebring just likes to eat pads, not a big deal in my case if I can just put new pads on it once a year.
