Triumph Tiger 100 Revell 1/8

Far from the general public, the organized teams and, especially, money, drivers have always been willing to face their limits with production machines adapted to run.
This Triumph 500 cc goes in homage to the passing glory of all the anonymous from improvised tracks, Circus and Amusement Parks yesterday and always.
Thanks for the visit and attention
Aldo

Very realistic job! What kit did you start out with?

Re: Triumph Tiger 100 Revell 1/8

The kit is 1/8 scale and was produced by Revell in the 60's. My version was made by Revell Germany. It's an unprecedented scale and the model is well grown along the 1 / 12. The chrome is original from the kit and in some parts I applied varnish to break the glare.
I made some changes, most removal and replacement of parts, like in a real bike. The number plates were made by electronic ticket, the exhausts were completed with brass tube and the tachometer was made with scraps. Below is an image of the original kit:

Thanks for the attention
