Opinions from Z experts!

I used to have a ZX2 and it was the best car I ever had. I have a chance to pickup a 99' for $300. The problem is the car has been sitting for 5 years. The tranny started acting up and they parked it and bought a new car. I am not worried about doing the work. I just want everyones opinions on what you all would go through and check, after that long of not running?

I have a pretty good idea, just want to see what everyone else would list. Might be some I miss.
